Bremner's Appraisal Services has established this policy to protect the privacy rights of our clients, employees, and others. The Bremner's Privacy Policy relates to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by the firm, its officers, directors, and employees.

We collect information from you when you fill out the form on our web site or place an order online via our PayPal payment option. This also pertains to registration for future functions such a newsletter mailing list, a restricted client area, etc. When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to provide your name, phone number, mailing address and e-mail address.

Any of the information we collect may be used in the following ways:

This web site does not collect cookies.

In compliance with our professional standards, working files may be disposed of within an agreed length of time, or a specified time after the conclusion of any judicial proceeding in which Bremner's Appraisal Services has provided legal testimony related to the contract for services. Bremner's Appraisal Services disposes of expired workfiles through in-house shredding or transfer to a secure document disposal service.

Bremner's Appraisal Services will take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.

Information relating to electronic transactions entered into via this website will be protected by encryption technology.

Bremner's Appraisal Services may update this privacy policy by posting a new version on this website. This page should be checked occasionally to ensure you are familiar with any changes.
